Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to serve as the business expert for residential lending systems, designing, testing and implementing enhancements, and providing production support to end-users in the US Mortgage Banking division.

You will coordinate with line of business, compile requirements, develop workflows, and ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulatory standards, delivering trained, well-documented solutions to internal customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience as business analyst or operations analyst supporting loan origination systems.
• Minimum 4 years experience in design, testing, and production support including writing business requirements and UAT.
• Minimum 4 years experience in financial industry focused on consumer and mortgage lending.

Responsibilities

• Determine system needs and consult with business line on enhancements or new functionality.
• Prepare requirements for maintenance and enhancements and present recommendations.
• Gather information and write requirements; build workflows and support US Mortgage Banking for troubleshooting.
• Conduct user and QA testing; develop test scripts and work with vendors for enhancements.
• Collaborate with Credit Administration, Legal, and Product Management to implement documents and services.
• Provide system application support to end users.
• Prepare documentation on enhancements and communicate changes to training.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
