Job summary

City National Bank in Concord, NH seeks a Business Systems Analyst II to lead the design, testing and support of residential lending systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth post-implementation work. You will coordinate with line of business and oversee post-implementation tasks to achieve satisfaction.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, writing specifications, creating workflows, and performing UAT with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience as business analyst or operations analyst supporting loan origination systems.
• Minimum 4 years experience in system design, testing, and production support including writing requirements and UAT.
• Minimum 4 years experience in financial industry with mortgage lending focus.

Responsibilities

• Determine business line system needs and consult with business line on problems, enhancements, or new functionality.
• Prepare requirements for maintenance/enhancements and present recommendations to management.
• Gather information, write requirements, build workflows, develop docs, and support US Mortgage Banking division.
• Conduct user and quality assurance testing and develop test scripts for changes.
• Collaborate with Credit Administration, BATS, Legal, and Product Management to create and implement documents and services.
• Provide system application support to end users.
• Prepare documentation on enhancements and communicate changes to training.
• Comply with all policies and regulatory requirements.
