Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to serve as the business expert for residential lending systems. You will design, test, and implement system enhancements, provide end-user support, and ensure regulatory compliance across processes.

You will collaborate with Credit Administration, Legal, and Product Management to develop documents and services related to the system applications and help ensure successful post-implementation tasks and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience as business analyst or operations analyst supporting loan origination systems.
• Minimum 4 years experience in design, testing, and production support with writing requirements and UAT.
• Experience in financial industry focused on consumer and mortgage lending.

Responsibilities

• Determine system needs and consult with business line on problems, enhancements, or new functionality.
• Prepare requirements and present recommendations to division management.
• Gather information, write requirements, build workflows, and support mortgage banking systems.
