Job summary

Cross Country Mortgage in Arizona is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor (Loan Partner 3) to move loans from lock through funding with accuracy and speed.

You will review files, provide underwriting support, coordinate with Loan Officers, underwriters, and clients; requires at least 2 years mortgage processing, knowledge of conventional/FHA/VA/USDA guidelines, and proficiency with Encompass.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and investor guidelines.
• Experience with DU/DO and Loan Prospector.
• Proficient in LO systems such as Encompass.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Underwrite: review loans within one business day; verify file completeness; request documentation.
• Post-Underwrite: review CLAs and contingencies; ensure timely clarity and accuracy.
• Post-Fund: monitor funding and respond to post-closing questions.
• Additional Responsibilities: attend team meetings; log communications; collaborate with underwriting, closing and funding teams.
