The ideal candidate has 3+ years of mortgage processing experience, knowledge of Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae guidelines, and proficiency with MeridianLink LOS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mortgage loan processing.
• Experience with Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae guidelines is preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate lending guidelines and federal compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with mortgage processing software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process loans using FHA, VA, Conventional, WHEDA and other programs for underwriting.
• Prepare disclosures and re-disclosures to meet regulatory deadlines.
• Verify appraisals, credit reports, income, title commitments, and flood determinations.
• Monitor pipeline, update loan officers on status and deadlines.
• Mentor junior team members and provide backup as needed.
• Enter data in HMDA/CRA reports and handle adverse action applications.
