Qualifications

• Position requires High School Diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 1+ year banking experience in lending operations or related experience.
• Good interpersonal communication, filing and organizational skills required. Must be computer literate and detail oriented. High degree of confidentiality required and ability to work with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all processing functions of mortgage loans ensuring accuracy in documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Interact frequently with customers, both internal and external.
• Process HELOC and Mortgage Loan applications in accordance with department policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review and analyze loan documents for accuracy, readability and compliance.
• Assist with projects, training and daily tasks; participate in meetings as scheduled.
