Experience with Encompass is valued but not required. The role demands ownership of the process, attention to documentation, and the ability to work with multiple technology tools while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year banking experience in lending operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processing of HELOC and mortgage loan applications.
• Review data entry and verify data in LOS against records.
• Communicate with mortgage and bank personnel about documents and timelines.
• Attend trainings and assist with projects and daily tasks.
