Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to loan processing requests via phone, email, or fax.
• Process HELOC/Mortgage loan applications per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Review data entry and verify accuracy of entered information.
• Communicate with mortgage/bank personnel about documents, timelines, closings, and important dates.
• Review incoming loan documents for accuracy and readability.
• Support order of loan documentation through third-party sources as needed.
• Assist with projects, training, and daily tasks.
