Qualifications

• 3+ years of loan processing experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of approximately 30–35+ loan applications per month.
• Experience with lien releases, mortgage satisfaction, underwriting support, and loan finalization documentation.
• Strong experience communicating and coordinating with vendors, underwriters, and internal departments.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage approximately 34 loan applications per month, ensuring documentation is complete and processed within required timelines.
• Review loan files, identify missing or incomplete documentation, and follow up to keep loans moving toward completion.
• Provide back-end loan processing support, including lien releases, mortgage satisfaction, document tracking, and post-closing requirements.
• Work closely with underwriters to address conditions and obtain required documentation for timely loan approvals and finalization.
• Prepare, review, and organize loan finalization and closing paperwork while maintaining accurate loan records.
