Qualifications

• Minimum of one to three years of mortgage processing experience.
• Able to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Able to sit for long periods of time preparing and processing mortgage loan files.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan files for submission to underwriting.
• Review and verify each file to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Act as a liaison between customers and parties involved in the transaction.
