Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team in Koreatown. You will manage residential mortgage files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and outstanding customer service throughout the lending process.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience and a strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo programs. Proficiency with LOS software is required, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Strong understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loan programs.
• Experience with underwriting guidelines and loan documentation requirements.
• Proficient with mortgage loan origination systems (LOS) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans from application to funding.
• Review loan applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Collect, verify, and organize borrower financial documents.
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, escrow officers, and third parties to obtain required documentation.
• Submit complete loan packages for underwriting review.
• Monitor loan pipelines and maintain accurate records in the LOS.
• Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Meet processing deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Provide regular loan status updates and excellent customer service.
