Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing or similar role.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan products and closing paperwork preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent customer service with strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients for clarifications.
• Prepare and maintain loan files from opening to closing.
• Ensure all loan docs are complete, accurate, and compliant with policy.
• Update data in the loan processing system as needed.
• Coordinate with Closing to ensure timely closings.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Stay up-to-date on mortgage industry regulations and laws.
