Responsabilidades

• Review incoming loan documentation and track outstanding items.
• Collaborate with Originator, Underwriter, Realtors, and title companies.
• Enter required information on compliance checklists and verifications.
• Coordinate with MLO and Underwriter to move files toward closing.
• Manage document conversion and storage in eFolder.
