Americana Real Estate Inc is looking for an experienced Loan Processor for our Las Vegas area office. In this role, you will review, verify, and process loan applications ensuring compliance with federal and Nevada lending regulations. You will serve as a key communicator between borrowers, loan officers, and lenders, facilitating timely loan approvals.

Qualified candidates should have at least 1-3 years of experience in mortgage processing and knowledge of loan programs. This full-time position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of mortgage or loan processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and federal lending regulations.
• Experience with Nevada mortgage practices.

Responsibilities

• Review loan application files for completeness and accuracy.
• Collect and verify borrower documentation.
• Communicate with various stakeholders in the loan process.
• Ensure loans meet investor and lender requirements.
• Prepare final loan documents for closing.

Skills

Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA loan programs

Strong organizational and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines

Education
