AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is hiring a Loan Processor for a remote role. You’ll handle a high-volume loan pipeline, verify application details, and collect documentation while maintaining clear communication with clients and lenders.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience, proficiency with DU/LP and CRM systems, and a proactive, client-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years mortgage loan experience.
• Mortgage loan processing experience.
• Self-directed, motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, CRM.
• Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 40–50 loans per month (refinances and HELOs).
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Gather required documentation from customers and third parties.
• Maintain prompt, professional communication with customers, loan officers, and underwriters.
• Calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities.
• Follow company procedures (AUSSIE) and maintain quality assurance.
• Build ongoing relationships through best-in-class service.
