Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle the loan pipeline and ensure an efficient, compliant flow.
• Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information.
• Stay up to date on agency guidelines, underwriting procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with Production Sales Team to ensure quality service.
• Gather necessary files: employment verification, insurance, payoffs, tax docs, title work.
• Work with Underwriters on loan conditions and questions.
• Follow up with borrowers and vendors for timely documentation.
