Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage underwriting guidelines and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and other residential mortgage loans.
• Review borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Calculate income, DTI, LTV and other ratios.
• Order and review credit reports, appraisals, verifications, and docs.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and clear conditions.
• Coordinate closings and prepare disclosures.
• Assist with funding, servicing setup, and file QC.
