The Loan Processor is responsible for managing a full loan pipeline from initial review through submission to Underwriting, ensuring all documentation meets investor and regulatory guidelines. The role requires effective and timely communication with internal partners and external stakeholders, proactive pipeline management, and accurate maintenance of loan data within the document management system. The Loan Processor collaborates closely with the Loan Processing Manager to prioritize workflow, stay current on loan program requirements, and consistently meet monthly funding goals while maintaining quality, compliance, and service‑level expectations.
Some travel may be required.
The base salary range for this full‑time position is $25.00 - $33.00 per hour.
This stationary position requires frequent sitting (~95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It may also require occasional standing, lifting, carrying of 20 lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder.
