Job summary

Paycom in Saint Charles, MO is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to support the processing of conventional mortgage loans. You will assist borrowers, gather documents, and coordinate with loan originators, underwriters, and vendors to move files toward approval.

The role requires at least three years of first mortgage processing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a 25+ file per month pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of first mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass LOS and secondary market knowledge.
• Familiarity with investor guidelines and underwriting coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process mortgage loan applications from intake to submission.
• Coordinate with borrowers, team, originators, underwriters and vendors.
• Gather and order documentation per milestones; ensure file accuracy.
• Review guidelines, income, assets; support underwriting.
• Prepare closing disclosures and facilitate funding.
