Job summary

First Boston Powered by New American Funding is seeking a Mortgage Loan Partner in Arizona to act as the right arm to our Team of Loan Officers. You will work with borrowers from contact to contract, ensuring a seamless experience and white-glove service.

Our team helps originators grow their loan pipeline while you manage documentation and communication. The role requires NMLS licensing readiness, strong income/credit analysis, knowledge of FHA/VA/CONV/USDA products, and at least 2 years in

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
Excellent time management and follow-up capabilities.
Ability to analyze income, assets, and credit reports for loan structuring.
Proficient with mortgage processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

Create and nurture relationships with referral partners and borrowers to draw in new business and retain clients.
Follow up on inquiries and provide quotes to offer superior customer service.
Review loan packages for discrepancies and report issues to the loan originator.
Serve as the primary contact during the contact-to-contract phase and coordinate follow-up items.
Facilitate loan applications, collect documentation, run DU/LP/AUS, and prepare the file for processing.
