Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prequalify borrowers and engage referral partners with accuracy and clarity.
• Pre-approve qualified borrowers and manage payment and scenario requests.
• Oversee pipeline management, disclosures, and post-closing support to ensure on-time closings.
• Collaborate with Loan Officer, processors, underwriters, and partners to deliver a concierge-level client experience.
