Community 1 Lending is seeking a Mortgage Loan Partner to join our Detroit-area mortgage team. This in-person role is based in Troy, MI and supports borrowers from application to closing with a focus on a smooth, transparent home financing journey.

You will manage client communication, organize loan docs, and collaborate with Loan Officers to grow a productive, compliant pipeline. Entry-level welcome with growth toward MLO licensing.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Partner / Loan Officer Assistant / Mortgage Processor Assistant to join our growing mortgage team serving the Detroit and Metro Detroit housing market. In this role, the Mortgage Loan Partner will be responsible for managing client communication, organizing loan documentation, and guiding borrowers through the residential mortgage process from application to closing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each client experiences a smooth, transparent, and personalized home financing journey. This is an in-person position based in our Troy, Michigan office, supporting mortgage originations throughout Detroit, Wayne County, and surrounding communities. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) career path.
