PRMG is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to verify, assess, and input mortgage loan applications while advising clients on home loan options. You will review files for accuracy, ensure compliance, and communicate with internal teams to maintain a smooth workflow.

A valid NMLS license is required, with 2–5 years of experience preferred. Additional pathways for qualifying include active funding of loans or mentoring arrangements.

Formación

• Must have current, valid NMLS mortgage loan license or license appointment.
• Two to five years’ experience preferred.
• Must meet one of: actively funding >2 loans/month, or Xinnix Loan Origination training, or mentor-assigned origination.
• Ability to assess and resolve service, credit, funding, and post-close issues with sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discusses and advises clients on home loan options.
• Reviews loan applications to ensure data completeness and compliance with standards.
• Reports discrepancies in title or survey to a supervisor.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
