Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) seeks an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to verify, compile, and input mortgage applications; discuss and advise clients on home loan options; review files for accuracy; and report discrepancies to a supervisor.

A current, valid NMLS license is required. Applicants should have state licensing and 2–5 years’ experience, plus one of: actively funding more than 2 loans per month, Xinnix Training for Loan Origination, or an Origination mentor

Qualifications

Must have applicable state licensing.
Two to five years’ experience are preferred.
Actively funding more than 2 loans per month, or Xinnix Training for Loan Origination required, or Origination mentor assigned to fund more than 2 loans/month (see PRMG Loan Officer Mentor Agreement).

Responsibilities

Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
Discuss and advise the client of their home loan options.
Reviews residential loan application file to verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards, including type and amount of mortgage applied for, including but not limited to borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment.
Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
