Qualifications

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years’ experience preferred.
• Must meet one of three options: actively funding >2 loans/month, or Xinnix Training for LO, or Origination mentor assigned to new LO by branch.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs loan application information.
• Discusses and advises clients on home loan options.
• Reviews residential loan applications for completeness and standards.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
