Job summary

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED combined with a passion for sales, preferably in the financial services industry, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience.
A current driver's license.
Selected candidate will be required to register on the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).

Responsibilities

Originate portfolio and investment quality loans by selling Florida Credit Union's loan products, prices, and services to meet the needs of its client base-Realtors, Builders, Homebuyers, and others.
Participate in related business development activities including but not limited to; business trade shows, select employee group events, home shows, Realtor trade shows, open houses, etc.
Responsible for the overall customer interaction and interface with all parties involved on each individual loan that is originated from application to closing.
Stay informed of trends and developments in the local real estate market and the competitive environment, as well as the changing rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government-insured mortgages.
