Job summary

DAS Acquisition Company, LLC. (USA Mortgage) in Gulf Breeze, FL is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to help clients make informed home financing decisions and grow their business with a supportive team.

You will market residential loan products, guide clients through the loan process, and maintain high service standards. A 2–4 year college background or equivalent, and an MLO license (NMLS) are required; Encompass experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment.
• Encompass experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products.
• MLO approved license in NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide every client the best service in the industry.
• Market and solicit residential loan business, ensuring all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinancing process and how to better manage their mortgages.
• Own and build your business within USA Mortgage with the support of our team.
