Qualifications

• 2–4 year college preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Encompass experience or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and mortgage product knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• MLO license (NMLS) required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best service to clients in the mortgage industry.
• Market and solicit residential loan business in accordance with guidelines.
