Job summary

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Reg Z, and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements
• High school degree or equivalent
• Two or more years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans in an assigned non-bank territory
• Take applications, conduct preliminary underwriting reviews, and submit loan applications for processing and underwriting approval
• Follow up to ensure documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured in a timely manner
• Spend at least 50% of time conducting activities away from U.S. Bank locations
