Qualifications

Proficient in loan origination systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Discretion in handling confidential financial information.
Responsibilities
Assist loan officers in managing client files and keeping records up to date.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide status updates.
Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
Submit completed applications and required documents to processors or underwriters.
Track deadlines and ensure all loan-related milestones are met.
Schedule client appointments and follow-ups as needed.
Maintain and update CRM systems and other loan software tools.
Coordinate with realtors and other third-party professionals.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and referral partners.
