Axos Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate high-quality residential mortgages across the United States. Base pay starts at $17.75/hour with an uncapped commission plan, aiming to drive strong earnings through performance and leads provided by Axos.

Responsibilities

• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine preliminary home loan eligibility and recommends mortgage products that are within the customer's budget
• Consult with customers about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals while providing the best possible customer service
• Stay informed of available loan types and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs.
• Identify and construct lending solutions based on unique homeownership goals
• Manage leads actively and meet minimum conversion (lead to fund) requirements and build a network of real estate agent partners

Compensation & Earning Potential: Base pay is one part of our total compensation for Mortgage Loan Originators. The base pay for this role is $17.75/hour (determined by minimum wage state and county requirements); in addition to an uncapped commission plan.
