Job summary

Elliman Capital is a boutique mortgage banker seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator in New York to join a hybrid, commission-based team. We pair white-glove service with fast, accurate execution for discerning clients across New York and beyond.

You will work with a full product menu and uncapped commissions, develop strong referral relationships, and manage a high-volume pipeline in a digital-first environment.

Qualifications

• Active NY NMLS license or ability to obtain promptly.
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred.
• Established referral relationships and strong client-facing skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.
• Tech-proficient; comfortable in a digital-first environment.

• Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly); clean regulatory record
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred
• Established referral relationships

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline
• Tech‑proficient and comfortable operating in a digital‑first environment

Compensation:

Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based. Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+, depending on production volume and loan mix.
