Role Description

The Mortgage Loan Originator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Roswell, GA, with full flexibility to work from home. This role is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, guiding borrowers through the loan process from initial inquiry to closing, and ensuring a positive client experience. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective borrowers, assessing financial profiles, recommending appropriate loan products, and collecting and reviewing required documentation. The Mortgage Loan Originator will collaborate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to move loans efficiently through the pipeline, while maintaining compliance with lending regulations and company policies. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, referral partners, and community networks to generate new business and meet production goals.
