Jet Direct Mortgage in Knoxville is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) who are ethical, customer-focused, and driven to grow their own business and professional networks.

You will join a team that supports growth with in-house underwriting, cutting-edge tools, and a competitive compensation model to help you succeed in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, approved STATE NMLS license.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a pipeline and documentation.
• Commitment to ongoing mortgage licensing and education.
• Knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Proficiency with Encompass and related systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues in mortgage.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate mortgage loan opportunities and originations.
• Assist clients to determine needs and offer appropriate mortgage products.
• Maintain pipeline and collect documents.
