Job summary

Jet Direct Mortgage is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers/Originators (MLOs) in California. You will manage a robust pipeline, work with clients to determine needs, and guide them to the right mortgage products, leveraging our in-house underwriting and product suite.

Ideal candidates are ethical, results-driven professionals with an active STATE NMLS license, strong client service, and a talent for building networks with Realtors and referral partners to secure long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Active, approved STATE NMLS license is required.
• Strong client service orientation and sales mindset.
• Ability to maintain and grow a network of Realtors and referral sources.
• Detail-oriented with the discipline to maintain mortgage licenses with CE.

Qualifications We Value

• The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.
• A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
• Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.
• The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
• Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!)
