Job summary

USA Mortgage in Flint, MI is seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to grow residential loan business and deliver exceptional client service. You will market, solicit and manage all phases of the loan process, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

You will educate clients on home buying and refinancing, advise on mortgage options, and build your own business with the backing of a collaborative team, traveling up to 50% as needed to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• College curriculum or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment.
• Encompass mortgage software experience.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage loan products.
• Strong communication, self-motivation, and positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• MLO license approved in NMLS.

• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit
• Travel up to 50%
• MLO approved license in NMLS
