Job summary

Elliman Capital in New York is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to source and close loans across conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM, and BPL programs.

This hybrid, commission-based role offers uncapped earnings and a boutique lender experience, backed by dedicated support and rapid processing to match a fast-paced market. You will manage a high-volume pipeline, build referral networks, and provide consultative guidance through every step of the loan process.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in New York or ability to obtain promptly.
• 2+ years front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred.
• Established referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.
• Tech-proficient and comfortable operating in a digital-first environment.

Compensation:

Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based. Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+, depending on production volume and loan mix.
