Travel is a core aspect, with incumbents spending at least 50% of their time away from bank locations. Required: NMLS registration, high school degree, and 2+ years in Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z with ongoing compliance.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Two or more years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience.

Responsabilités

• Originates mortgage loans in an assigned Non-Bank territory.
• Takes applications and conducts preliminary underwriting reviews.
• Submits loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval.
• Ensures documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured in a timely manner.
• Engages in sales-related activities away from U.S. Bank locations (at least 50% of the time).
