Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage - Loan Officer (Exempt) to drive outside sales and develop new business within our Birmingham communities. You will interview prospective customers, review financials, and guide them to the best loan programs while building lasting relationships with realtors, NHCs, and referral sources.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring frequent travel. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting seminars, reviewing leads daily, and originating loans

Qualifications

Three years of Loan Originating experience or equivalent.
NMLS license required, or willingness to obtain.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships for new business sources with builders, brokers, and referral partners.
Meet with customers to collect financial information and advise on loan products.
Originate and prepare new loans ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Travel to communities and offices to solicit leads and support sales goals.
Maintain accurate loan statuses and communications in the origination system.
