Job summary

A mortgage lending company is seeking an Outside Loan Officer to source and originate mortgage loans primarily outside the office. Qualifications

• Able to comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the Company Handbook.
• Must have a current license through NMLS and be in good standing.
• Two (2) years prior mortgage or mortgage banking experience.
• Ability to deliver effective results and meet deadlines.
• History of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and originate mortgage loans.
• Educate borrowers about loan products and financing process.
• Maintain contact with borrowers throughout the application.
• Analyze borrowers’ income and debt.
• Comply with outside sales obligations and guidelines.

Skills

Knowledge of Freddie Mac (FHLMC)

Knowledge of Fannie Mae (FNMA)
