Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) to support loan officers in Pensacola, FL. The role involves collecting and reviewing loan documentation, guiding applicants through the process, and ensuring complete, compliant loan packages for underwriting.

The candidate will liaise with members, respond to inquiries, and help obtain required documentation, assets, income, and liabilities while adhering to federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with real estate lending systems and mortgage processes.
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-service oriented with call-center exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers with loan documentation and review.
• Ensure mortgage loan application information is complete and accurate.
• Review packages for completeness and data integrity; flag issues.
• Coordinate verifications for underwriting and processing.
• Maintain loan file compliance with regulations and policies.
• Respond to member inquiries and provide mortgage origination support.
