Job summary

Lennar in Irvine, CA is seeking a Loan Officer Associate to support loan officers and gain mortgage knowledge through formal training. You will assist with data entry, document requests, and learn to price and lock loans while working closely with division managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BA or BS preferred for advancement.
• Mortgage or banking experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers and participate in training programs.
• Prepare loan applications and update data in the LOS.
• Support relationship development with builders and realtors.
• Interact with borrowers via phone, email, or chat to address follow ups.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings between borrowers and loan officers.
