Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage high call volumes, engaging with clients nationwide.
  2. Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  3. Provide accurate mortgage product information.
  4. Build rapport and address client needs effectively.
  5. Assist clients with mortgage inquiries and solutions.
  6. Collaborate with sales and loan teams.
  7. Utilize CRM tools efficiently.
  8. Prove proficiency with relevant technology tools.
  9. Deliver outstanding customer service.
  10. Follow up diligently; ensure follow-up skills are rated at least 8/10.
  11. Engage in loan structuring and submission processes.
  12. Ensure compliance with loan stipulations and deadlines.
  13. Manage various loan types including Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA.
Qualifications
  • Valid NMLS license in good standing (minimum 2 years).
  • At least 2 years sales experience and mortgage originator experience; 5+ years for newly licensed applicants willing to train.
  • Availability for 40-45 hours/week.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in call centers or customer service preferred.
  • Basic mortgage knowledge advantageous.
Selection Process
  1. Initial phone interview.
  2. Assessment and testing.
  3. Zoom interview with team leader and staff.
  4. Final interview with CEO.
Training & Schedule
  • Mandatory two-week training.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
  • Saturday 9 am - 1 pm, with open houses on weekends.
  • Closed on Sundays and holidays.
Compensation
  • W-2 employment.
  • Base salary and/or commissions.
