The role involves building relationships, analyzing financial scenarios, and growing your client base through excellent service. Weekend open houses are part of the schedule, with one weekend off per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high call volumes with clients across the country.
• Provide accurate mortgage product information and build rapport.
• Assist clients with mortgage inquiries, offering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Valid NMLS license in good standing (minimum 2 years).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Selection & Training

• Initial phone interview, assessment, and multiple interviews including with leadership.
• Mandatory two-week training for all new hires.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
• W-2 employment with base and/or commission pay.
