The primary responsibility of an Account Representative is to provide excellent service to our current and new clients:

Job Description:

• Quote insurance for new clients and present solutions
• Answer phones and reply to emails to assist clients with policy needs
• Assist clients when re-shopping by re-quoting their insurance to identify alternative options
• Issue new policies and communicate the steps necessary to complete their policies
• Track the status of policies to ensure all policies are in good standing
• Set up service requests with the National Service Team
• Interact with insurance carriers for escalated service needs
• Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with over 35 carriers, and provide custom solutions to mitigate household risk.
