Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to provide service to customers seeking residential mortgage loans, interview applicants to gather financial and property information, and guide them from application to closing.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), at least three years in marketing and originating residential mortgage loans, and strong sales and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage origination software.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Must have a minimum three years of experience marketing and originating residential mortgage loans and loan products.
• Must have effective proven sales skills.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Must be self-motivated and ability to work with minimal to no supervision.
• Must be willing and able to travel to assigned branch locations, customers' homes and businesses, and perform presentations when requested.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have superior customer service skills.
• Must have proficiency using Microsoft applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Proficiency with industry standard Mortgage origination software programs is strongly preferred.

Salary Range

Salary Range:$35,563 - $35,563

In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible to earn commissions based upon individual production. Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
