Job summary

Astéri Nord in Miami seeks a motivated loan officer to build relationships with borrowers and partners, structure loans, and drive a growing pipeline. No prior experience required beyond willingness to learn and a hunter mindset.

You will receive 3 months of executive training with guaranteed pay during learning, plus back-office support to focus on client acquisition and closing deals. Licensing assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven profile with hunger to win.
• Disciplined, resilient and quick to learn.
• Prior sales experience required; mortgage experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with autonomy and proactivity.
• Preferably 1+ year in the industry; knowledge of loan products and underwriting guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with borrowers, realtors, investors, and builders.
• Source, cultivate, and convert leads through networking.
• Structure mortgage loans with internal teams for closing.
• Maintain pipeline and participate in weekly sales strategy meetings.
• Represent the company and develop recurring business via referrals.
