Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator to verify loan data, counsel clients on home loan options, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires state licensing and a track record in mortgage funding, with compensation tied to funded loans.

Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational skills and confidentiality. A robust benefits package and ongoing training support are provided with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years’ experience preferred.
• Must meet one of three options: active funding >2 loans/month; Xinnix Training for Loan Origination; or Origination mentor assigned by branch.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs mortgage loan application information.
• Discusses and advises clients on home loan options.
• Reviews loan applications to ensure data completeness and compliance with standards.
• Informs supervisor of title or survey discrepancies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
