PRMG in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to verify, discuss, and process residential loan applications. You will counsel clients on home loan options and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth funding process.

Candidates should hold a current NMLS license, have 2–5 years of relevant experience, and meet one of these: active funding of >2 loans/month, complete Xinnix Training, or be assigned to a mentor by a branch.

Qualifications

• Must have state licensing (NMLS) and be in good standing.
• 2–5 years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
• Must meet one of: actively funding >2 loans/month, Xinnix Training completion, or origination mentor assigned by branch.

Responsabilités

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs mortgage loan applications.
• Discusses and advises clients on home loan options.
• Reviews loan files to verify data accuracy and standards.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
