Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator in North Carolina. The role involves meeting clients, processing loan applications, and advising on home loan options. A current NMLS license is required, with 2–5 years of lending experience preferred, and eligibility to fund loans monthly.

The position emphasizes client-facing duties, cross-department coordination, and maintaining compliance as you grow your originations within PRMG’s supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years’ experience preferred.
• Must also meet one of the following options: actively funding more than 2 loans per month, Xinnix Training completion for Loan Origination, or Origination mentor assigned to new Loan Officer by branch who funds more than 2 loans/month.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements strategies, satisfying customer needs through a full array of products and services.
• Uses judgment and discretion to ensure uninterrupted flow of business.
• Communicates well verbally and in writing with co-workers and customers acting as liaison between customer and Company’s internal departments to ensure cohesive business flow.
• Uses office equipment such as computer terminals, copiers, and FAX machines.
• Sits and stands for extended time periods; must devote >50% of time outside fixed sites meeting with customers seeking residential mortgage financing.
• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discusses and advises clients on home loan options.
• Reviews residential loan applications to verify data completeness and standards.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
